Job Duties:

• Communicate in fluent Korean to serve as a link between the Korean-speaking management and employees by helping resolve following work-related employee matters.

• Manage compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Identify staff vacancies and assist management recruit, interview, and select applicants.

• Provide employees with information about company policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.

• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.

• Plan, organize, direct, or coordinate the personnel, training and new employee orientation activities.

• Advise on policy matters, such as equal employment and harassment, and recommend needed changes.
